Feedback and Complaints

To make a complaint or enquiry, or to give us some feedback, please call the Community Contact Line on 1800 009 414 or send an e-mail to rhodesremediation@thiess-services.com.au.  The Thiess Services Community Relations Manager, Catherine Fletcher, will respond to your call or e-mail as quickly as possible.  

Your complaint or enquiry will be investigated with project team members if necessary and logged on our community contact database.  A report outlining all complaints received and responses provided is supplied each month to the government regulator, the NSW Department of Environment and Climate Change (DECC).

Note:  All personal details logged on our community contact database remain confidential within Thiess Services.  Names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses are not disclosed to third parties except with an individual’s permission or when required by law i.e. complaints reported to the DECC each month do not contain personal details.
